01 / What we actually do
Four services.
No water heaters.
No upsell.
If it doesn't involve a drain, we'll refer you to someone who does it better. That's the whole business model.
Hydro Jetting
$600–$1,500 typical
Main line cleanouts, storm drains, grease, scale, roots. 3,500 PSI. Camera scope strongly recommended (+1 hr).
Cast Iron Descaling
$1,200–$3,500+
Chain knocker + jetter for older cast iron. Scope strongly recommended first (+1 hr, almost always worth it).
Camera Scoping
$300 standalone · 1-hr min
Pre-sale inspections, mystery odors, lost items. Or as a +1-hour add-on to jet/descale jobs.
Drain Cleaning
$300 and up (1-hr min)
Cable / power snake for bathroom sinks and single toilets — $95/hr, 1-hr min. Two call types only. Other drains and main lines run on the jet rate.
02 / Why a specialist
Drains only. That's the whole point.
Generalists are great at a lot of things. Unfortunately for your drain, "a lot of things" isn't what your drain needs.

03 / The recommended workflow
Camera in. Before.
Camera out. After.
On cast iron, recurring clogs, or any line we can't see — a camera pass before and after earns its keep. Add-on is +1 hour ($300) and covers both passes. You see what we saw. You keep the video.
- 01
Scope in
Camera down the line first. We review the footage on-site, flag the problem, and write up what we found — before we start the messy part. (Add-on: +1 hour.)
- 02
Written estimate
Now that we've seen it, you get a fixed scope, time on site, and cost — before anything starts running.
- 03
Right tool, first time
Jet, cable, or chain knocker — whichever the camera told us to bring. No trial-and-error billing.
- 04
Scope out
Camera back through the same line to confirm it's clean. Both passes recorded — same +1-hour add-on covers both.
- 05
Deliver
Before + after clips and stills emailed same day, with a plain-English summary. You don't have to stand over the drain — we'll send the proof.

06 / Recent · Storm drain cleanout
Linden Estates, Omaha.
Patio trench drain backing up during heavy rain. Cleared the line, exposed and reset the outlet at the cast-in-place channel, drains again.
A · Outlet exposed

B · The blockage
Debris caught at trench drain entry · cleared
- Location
- Linden Estates · Omaha
- Problem
- Patio flooding · trench drain backed up
- Method
- Excavate · clear · reset outlet
- Outcome
- Drains in heavy rain · flagstones reset
Storm drain and catch basin cleanouts are a primary call — parking lots, patios, exterior storm lines, downspout drains. 3,500 PSI water plus a chain or root nozzle handles roots, mud, and debris. See how hydro jetting works
04 / Problems we clear
What Omaha drains do wrong.
Every clog has a cause. Figuring out which one you've got is step one of fixing it — and picking the wrong tool wastes your money.
Grease
Kitchen drains and commercial lines. Cools, coats the pipe walls, traps everything else. A cable pokes a hole through it; a jetter scours it off.
Scale
Cast iron mains from the pre-1975 era. Corrosion narrows the bore 40% before anyone notices. Chain knocker mechanically breaks it loose; jetter flushes it out.
Roots
Clay, PVC, and old cast iron mains. Tree roots find joints, grow through, and keep coming back. Root-cutter nozzle on the jetter clears it — repeat visits common.
Foreign objects
Wipes (including "flushable"), paper wads, toys, a kid's toothbrush. Cable is usually the right call here. Sometimes a scope-and-retrieve.
Recurring clogs
Same line clogs every 12–18 months. Usually means the real problem is further down — a main-line issue, not the fixture drain itself. Jetter + camera tells us why.
Pre-sale inspections
Buying an older Omaha home? A standalone scope ($300, 1-hour min) gives you a recorded video + written summary — enough to negotiate repairs or walk away.
Don't know which one you have? That's the whole reason we camera-scope every job first. We'll tell you what's in the pipe before we pick a tool — then send you the footage so you have the record.

“Reasonable price. Jeff did an outstanding job. We would definitely call him again for any plumbing or drain issues.”
“Excellent service from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and cleaned all of our drains thoroughly. The work was done quickly and professionally, and everything is draining perfectly now. Very respectful, clean, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated the attention to detail and honest communication. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing drain cleaning or plumbing services.”
“Showed up, finished the job in a timely manner, and was very respectful. Would hiley recommend if your looking for any jetting needs”
“Bought a house a few years back and to my misfortune bern paying twice a year to have my mainline snaked and it clogging right back up. Years of neglect and pouring grease down kitchen sink wreaked havoc slowing all dtains in house to a stop or very slow from previous owner. Luckily I found Jeff, easy to talk to and explained exactly what the problem was and why a simple snake will only work temporarily. Walked me thru the process and told me everything that was done and explained different heads he used on the machine and what exactly they did! All around very good service and because of it I can rest easy knowing I wont have to pay another few hundred every few months over and over. JetSet is the way to go! Highly recommend! Thank you for the Great service you provide Sir”
“I've had a difficult time with our drains backing up constantly. I finally called JetSet Solutions, and Jeff showed up on time and helped me understand the issue, he even showed me photos of the blockage in my main line. Had it cleared out quickly and cleaned up after himself. I'd recommend them for anyone dealing with slow drains.”
“I had constant backups from old cast iron pipes and finally decided to have them hydro jetted and descaled. Jeff did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and got the pipes cleaned out completely.”

07 / Quick answers
Common questions.
01 Why two different rates — $95/hr and $300/hr?
Because the tool the job needs is different. The $95/hr snake rate is for bathroom sinks and single toilets only — the two fastest, cleanest jobs we run, usually wrapped in under an hour. Everything else — main line, storm drain, cast iron, commercial grease, tub / shower / kitchen drains — is on the $300/hr hydro-jet rate. Both have a 1-hour minimum. If a snake job exposes something that actually needs the jetter, we tell you at the door first.
02 Is the camera scope worth the extra hour?
On a one-off fixture clog or a known-clean storm drain, usually no. On cast iron, recurring clogs, an unknown line, or anything you can't see — yes. The add-on is +1 hour ($300) and covers the before-pass AND after-pass on the same visit. Standalone scope (no jetting) is $300 with a 1-hour minimum.
03 What does "specialist" actually mean?
We do four things: hydro jetting, cast iron descaling, camera scoping, and drain cleaning. We don't install water heaters, remodel bathrooms, or run gas lines. If your job needs those, we'll refer a licensed plumber we trust.
04 Why publish pricing when no one else does?
Because the number-one complaint about our trade is surprise billing. Two posted rates — $95/hr for cable / snake work on single fixtures, $300/hr for hydro jetting on main lines and bigger work — means you can sanity-check the estimate before we start. Both at a 1-hour minimum. We lose some jobs by being this transparent. The ones we win, we keep.
05 Will you just try to upsell me on descaling?
No. If the camera shows scale, we'll show you and explain the options. If it doesn't, we jet, invoice, leave. Our reputation lives on repeat property-management business, not one-time panic buys.
06 Do you handle emergencies?
Yes — 24/7 by phone. Weekend and overnight calls carry a service-call premium, stated up front. We won't run a jetter at 2 AM unless we've confirmed the pipe can take it. See our 24/7 emergency page for response times and what we handle after hours.
07 Why aren't you a "full-service plumber"?
Because specialists beat generalists at specialist work. One crew, one truck, four services — we do it more often, faster, and cleaner than a shop also juggling remodel bids.
